To Shut Off Message Light (when there is no message):

Date/Time/Day Adjustment:

Some CTX software levels will require remote programming.

NOTE: With all these procedures, you need to have the handset on hook at main extension, usually 10 or 200. Most CTX’s can be done from any phone.

To Set Date:

Intercom #651
Enter the Date (YYMMDD– Enter a leading 0 for any single-digit month or day)
Redial (should hear a confirmation tone) – (for CTX, press # instead)

Example: March 29, 2006 = Intercom #651 – 060329 – Redial - Speaker

To Set Time:

Intercom #652
Enter the time (HHMMSS) – must be done in a 24 hr. clock – Enter a leading 0 for any single digit; must total 6 digits. Enter 00 for seconds.
Redial (should hear a confirmation tone) -(for CTX, press # instead)
Speaker

Example: 3:20 PM = Intercom #652 – 152000 – Redial – Speaker

Set Day of the Week:

Intercom #653
Enter the number coinciding with the day of the week
1=Sunday 4= Wednesday 7=Saturday
2=Monday 5=Thursday
3=Tuesday 6=Friday
Redial (should hear a confirmation tone) - (for CTX, press # instead)
Speaker

Example: Tuesday = Intercom #653 – 2 – Redial - Speaker
